When we think of the Halloween season and fun Halloween activities, most of the time we think of younger kids, right? We think of dressing up, pumpkin carving, going door to door for treats, etc. What about the older kids? My son is 12 and his Halloween spirit looks a wee bit different than my 9 year olds (I’m not crying…..well sort of). I decided I would round up a list of fun and awesome activities for teens (and pre teens) as well. After all, everyone can participate in this spooky season even if you feel too old for it! I hope you find some great ideas below.

  1. Host a scary movie night with friends and loads of scary movies to choose from.

  4. Create a spooky escape room at home. Decorate your home (or room) with lots of spider webs, scary decorations and don’t forget the themed snacks like gummy worms and candy corn.
