If you are ever suffering from boredom during the summer months then a great thing to do is make jewelry. You can either give this handcrafted jewelry to someone else as a present or keep it for yourself. Making handmade jewelry pieces is extremely entertaining and hands on. In order to assemble a necklace there are several things that you need to do. But, if you follow these steps then you have made a awesome piece of jewelry.

The first thing that you need to do when you are making a necklace is to collect supplies. If you have all the supplies ready at the beginning of the process then it will be much quicker and more efficient. Also, when you are collecting the supplies you will be able to figure out what you do not have. Some of the items that you will need to assemble a necklace are beads, a clasp, wire, and pliers. Once you have gathered all these things then you will be able to start making your necklace.

The next thing that you need to do to assemble a necklace is pick out the beads that you want to use. It is a good idea to pick out the beads then line them up in different combinations to see which combination looks the best. You can mess around with the bead combination until you find one that you really like. Once you have made a final decision about what beads to use then you can start stringing them on the necklace wire.

The next thing that you need to do to assemble a necklace is place the beads on the necklace wire. Make sure that you keep the beads in the order that you had before you strung them on the wire. Stringing the beads on is sometimes a boring, long process, but once you are done the necklace will almost be completed.

The next thing that you need to do to assemble a necklace is put the clasp on. This is a difficult step so you may want to ask for assistance. You have to use the pliers, which may be unsafe for young kids. So, be extra careful when you do this step. You will need to fasten part of the clasp to both ends of the wire. When you are finished with this step you will be able wear the necklace or give it away as a present. You have now finished the necklace making process.

If you do not know what to do with the necklace that you just made, here are several ideas. You could try to vend the necklace you just made to one of your neighbors. You could give it to one of your friends as a birthday present. You could keep it for yourself and sport the necklace. You could give it to your mother for Mother’s Day. No matter what you do with the necklace you can still be proud that you made it from scratch.
