Crafting with Kids

If your child imagines they’re an explorer, out walking a path through the woods, or even trotting down a sidewalk, it’s time for a Walking Stick. Just like the grown up versions, this walking stick craft includes embellishments like pinecones or feathers dangling from the grasp. Gathering the sticks, pinecones, feathers, and anything else your child finds, will be an adventure in itself. Once you’ve completed the Walking Stick, it’s going to be hard to hold your child back! There are caves to explore, river bends to round, and hills to climb, even if it’s all in your own backyard. Where ever your little explorers roam, now they’re prepared for the adventure.
